The other side of TEAM VICTORY is our conditioning and training program for our dogs. This part of VICTORY GERMAN SHEPHERDS, is invaluable to to our beloved family members (who also are our top notch ATHLETES) , bringing out the very best in each dog.

As is our personal idealogy, VICTORY provides each of their dogs optimal individual time, and attention. VICTORY without a doubt one of the most dedicated, and knowledgeable handling and conditioning teams in the US, having owned show dogs that many other individuals had little or no success with, or upon whom former owners may have sadly had given up .

Through a unique program, of individual assessment of each dog's physical and mental needs and challenges, TEAM VICTORY brings out the best in every individual. For us here at Victory, it is our PASSION, a challenge

At VICTORY, you will NEVER SEE OUR DOGS BEING GAITED for endless boring miles BEHIND GOLF CARTS, SCOOTERS, BICYCLES OR CARS. All conditioning is done ON FOOT, as it should be, to appropriately rate the dog's needs and physical / cardiovascular fitness, and to really be able to "feel" what the dog feels under his feet. Most conditioners are not in shape themselves, and are forced to use vehicles, and drag the dogs behind or beside them. This results in a bored dog, that seldom learns to LOVE being OUT FRONT. This is also a means employed by some to gait multiple dogs at once. Endless boring miles, and a de-motivated dog. At VICTORY, each of our beloved dogs is worked INDIVIDUALLY, only. As a result TEAM VICTORY GETS ATTITUDE AND "SPARKLE" FROM EACH OF ITS CANINE FRIENDS..our dogs love to show, you'd swear they were born for it!!

VICTORY also keeps its dogs groomed to perfection, With VICTORY great attention is given to EVERY detail in health, grooming, physical and mental health and vigor. The Dogs of Victory look like stars, and are maintained in the optimum condition for the task at hand, whether a small event or the Nation's largest, that demands tremendous physical hardness and "GO!".
