The other side of TEAM VICTORY is our canine conditioning and training program. This part of VICTORY GERMAN SHEPHERDS, is invaluable to show and service dogs , bringing out the very best in each dog.

VICTORY provides each dog optimal individual time, and attention. This is without a doubt one of the most successful, and knowledgeable handling and conditioning teams in the US, having gotten dogs in for work that many other conditioners/handlers had little or no success with, and owners that had virtually given up on many of these animals.

Through a unique program, of individual assessment of each dog's physical and mental needs and challenges, TEAM VICTORY brings out the best in every individual. VICTORY has to its credit Select Champions, Futurity and Maturity Winners, Best of Breeds, Championships, Majors, and class wins of every kind on dogs that often, had never in the past had such successes.

At VICTORY, you will NEVER SEE DOGS BEING GAITED for endless boring miles BEHIND GOLF CARTS, SCOOTERS, BICYCLES OR CARS. All conditioning is done ON FOOT, as it should be, to appropriately rate the dog's needs and physical / cardiovascular fitness, and to really be able to "feel" what the dog feels under his feet. Most conditioners are not in shape themselves, and are forced to use vehicles, and drag the dogs behind or beside them. This results in a bored dog, that seldom learns to LOVE being OUT FRONT. This is also a means employed by some to gait multiple dogs at once. Endless boring miles, and a de-motivated dog. At VICTORY, each dog is worked INDIVIDUALLY, only. As a result TEAM VICTORY GETS ATTITUDE AND "SPARKLE" FROM EACH OF ITS CANINE FRIENDS, OFTEN WHERE ALL OTHERS HAVE FAILED, OR FALLEN SHORT.
